We all go through times of struggle and hardship in our lives, but the way we navigate through those times is the key to living a healthy and comfortable life. As a therapist my goal with clients is to guide them to a place of comfort within themselves. My role in the client and therapist relationship is to aid my clients in navigating through difficult and uncomfortable times. I enjoy working with individuals as well as couples and families.
I have over ten years of experience working with a wide range of client needs. My approach consists of a variety of evidence based practices. I also have extensive experience in the utilization of mindfulness techniques especially when it comes to working with trauma as well as depression and anxiety.
It takes courage and dedication to commit to counseling. My goal is to foster a safe, non judgmental therapeutic alliance with all of my clients. This safe environment will provide a conduit for positive change in the healing process and provide support and empowerment to each and every client.
