The most important thing for the hard gainer is performing mass building exercises and eating the right diet. These must be followed to the letter to gain the massive muscle growth you desire.

Mostly people stick to the same routine following the same exercises — usually only the exercises  they like to do year in year out and this is reflected in their physique. I am sure that you have seen the guys with the great upper body’s and the scrawny legs.

It’s critical not to take in poor quality foods or to eat any type of food to excess that could be self defeating. It’s also important to train by first knowing what needs to be done using a body building program to achieve the results that you want.
