New diets programs to lose weight come out every day. If you make up your mind to lose weight you’ll notice diet and weight loss ads everywhere. One ad seems to contradict another, leaving you wondering if any of them really work.

The secret to losing weight and keeping it off is no secret, and it doesn’t involve starving yourself or hitching yourself to the latest fad. Most of the trendy diets to lose weight are unhealthy and some are downright dangerous.

A healthy program to lose weight doesn’t actually include “dieting”, at least not the way you are used to thinking about dieting. Remember this more than anything you read about losing weight; a healthy weight loss program should NOT be unpleasant. It shouldn’t leave you feeling unsatisfied or hungry.
