What Is Spastic Colon?

Spastic Colon is an unpleasant medical condition. Actually, spastic colon is often used as another name for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. No matter the term, this condition causes cramps, bloating, fatigue, nausea and other related symptoms. Spastic colon specifically refers to the muscles in the small and large intestines and how they can contract uncontrollably, leading to cramps and diarrhea or constipation.
